      Rolling Acres is a planned subdivision with low density housing typical of the 1990s and early 2000s. Designed for families this neighbourhood includes parks and schools and the roads are designed to accommodate cyclists. There is also a green corridor that runs through the neighbourhood which is part of a creek watershed.
