Newmarket Industrial Park is situated between Leslie Street and Highway 404 and from Mulock Drive north to the town limits. This area is designated as “Employment Lands” and is zoned for business and industrial use. This is a convenient location to set up shop as highway 404 connects businesses to the 400 series highways that skirt the GTA. It also provides a quick access route to the City of Toronto to the south.
